Use a soft tape measure to measure your pups neck with two fingers underneath to ensure collar is not too tight, or alternatively lay down your original collar flat next to a tape measure and send a photo through messages.
Please ensure you check your collar daily before use, if there are any signs of wear and tear, replace and do not use. Not chew proof. Please ensure to rinse with clean water especially after beach trips to prolong the life of your collar. To clean use warm soapy water and ensure collar is fully dry. Do not use harsh chemicals. Do not put in the washing machine or tumble dry. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to our products caused by your dog.
